it’s kinda hard to get the ending because the hand at the end looks like the girls hand because of the colour.

I’m guessing that the two lovers have to go back to their villages after every day. If they didn’t they wouldn’t be able to get a cast, a knife to get an arm off, and/or gift wrapping. Also, we know that the wall has a certain limit to its height since the male was able to throw a piece of chalk/marker over the glass. Using this reasoning, they could have reached each other with a stack of solid objects (boxes) or a ladder.

Thats what happens when people take things too literally <_< It doesn’t matter how high the wall is. The reason they can’t hear eachother or get to the other side is because the wall symbolizes online dating. This is what a long distance relationship is all about.
